Professional Coaching

 

School-Based Coaching

Coaching for individuals or teams to help maximize personal and professional potential. Participants will take part in reflection activities to identify their personality and leadership styles.  School-based coaching is intended for school leaders or teachers. Coaching can be delivered individually or in small groups and can be customized to support school or district goals.

Professional School-Based Coaching

Individual coaching which utilizes teaching and educational leadership standards to support individuals’  professional growth, and assists school leaders and teachers in building professional skills and behaviors to maximize strengths and improve performance. Professional performance conversations and non-evaluative feedback will be used to identify areas for improvement to support employee retention. 

  • Support struggling educators to build upon strengths and develop professional and leadership skills

  • Improve staff retention  

  • Provide professional development in targeted area(s)


School Leader Mentoring

New school building leader mentoring is offered to assist schools in on-boarding newly hired administrators and school leaders. Mentoring will be targeted to develop the individual’s leadership capacity while supporting district goals and requirements. Educational leadership standards will be used to guide the mentee in reflection, goal setting and professional practice. 


 

Support for Families

*Parent/Caregiver workshops are offered to enhance relationships between home and school to support student success. Workshops can be tailored to school and district procedures and goals.
