Colleen Lester

Colleen offers training and services that support school districts in a variety of ways, including coaching and mentoring for administrators and leadership training. In addition, Colleen is passionate about supporting parents and caregivers by sharing information that will empower them to be active partners in their children's education.

Patricia Sullivan-Kriss

Pat is a retired school superintendent who has developed a training program for new teachers and also for mentors and mentor leaders. She draws upon her career as a teacher and a school administrator to inform her work. Pat provides both in-person and virtual training and coaching to school districts.
